We require a credit card to hold all appointments. Please cancel or reschedule your appointments 24 hours in advance on week days, and 48 hours in advance on Saturdays, so our services can be available to other clients. If you cancel your appointment in less than the time allotted for cancellations, you will be charged for the full appointment value. Please understand that Saturdays are our busiest day, and if you cancel, especially if you are with a group, it negatively impacts our small business for the entire day.
All workshops are non-refundable. We usually need a minimum of registrants for a teacher/presenter to commit to be here, so we have to ask for a commitment from you, as well. Thank you!
